We have selected several quality European partners for the manufacture of printed circuits.

We check quality constancy through a rigorous regime of inspections of the circuits prior to delivery and through regular audits.

The bid

A detailed and binding bid is sent to you as promptly as possible on the basis of the following elements:

  > Dimensions and special clipping

  > Number of sides

  > Material and thickness of the finished circuit

  > Thickness of the copper

  > Manufacturing class and standard used

  > Finishing : solder mask, silk screen, peel-off welding mask, gold plating, tin-plating, carbon, etc.

  > Deadline and quantity

  > The quality level required (military, industrial, railway, …and associated standard)

Manufacturing data

The data required are as follows:

  > The GERBER files of the different layers

  > The GERBER clipping file

  > A list of APERTURES

  > The EXCELLON file containing the drilling data

  > A list of the TOOLS used for drilling

The data supplied to us are checked to ensure their coherence and to prevent any time wasting at a later date.

The receiving inspection

We check the quality constancy of our manufacturing partners through a rigorous regime of inspections of the circuits prior to delivery. The results of the inspections are systematically filed and are the subject of statistics and, where appropriate, requests for corrective actions.
